U Park has developed sound carpark management system, such as networked gate control system; its pioneering token (coin) operated gate control systems, which is a first in Hong Kong, and is being used in its Repluse Bay and Deep Water Bay operations; computerized point-of-sale payment system; as well as octopus payment control system in order to help manage the carparks more systematically and more efficiently.
